How safe is to give your personal information on websites such as facebook, my space and any others? What’s the limit for you?

I think it isn't safe, because there are so psychopath people that want to know all about your life.  I must confess that I've done it, but not with bad intentions.
I don't know if I have a limit jaja, but I think that I don't use to post everything in my websites. I like to share some pictures or videos in my instagram's stories of my daily life that I think are funny, but I've never posted personal information in my websites.
